Davao project.

Proposed exterior perspective

In connection with my previous post, "Finally, a new project!" and after all the studies made, I finally came up with a design solution.

Designing a new residential with a 300-sqm lot is sometimes not that easy, too. Especially, when the client wanted a 100-sqm per floor or a total of 200 sqm total gross floor area only, plus a narrow-shaped lot. And note that it's my cousin's house, so you'll give your best shot.

The project is a 2-storey residential with 3 bedrooms and 2-carport slots. The construction will not be mine, though, since I am located in Cavite and the project is located in Davao City. Target start of construction, hopefully, will be on November 2019.

Can't wait to complete the sets of plans so I could start to design its interior. Hihi!

Coffee and mango.

Subi Mango. Its actually their new craze and it is soo delish! A must try! :)
One of my favorite things to do is to go to coffee shops. But I've been very busy last year so when I went to Subi Monte Cafe in Centennial Kawit to have some coffee and snacks, I felt like I've never been there for years. Haha! But I got so surprised when they gave me Subi Mango. Its a gift they say, a late Christmas gift. Hihi! Or maybe they missed me haha! And yeah, I've been staying at their shop for hours to finish my workloads. Haha! But anyway, thank you Subi Monte! :)

Birthday celebration of the Prince

Got a little time to prepare the backdrop but still the celebrant enjoyed the balloons haha! :)

Simple preparations but made with love :)

Balloons all over! :)
It was only a family gathering since we didn't made it grand. As long as he enjoyed his day, everything is already enough. :)

My Christmas rush project.

It was a 2-week project that must be completed before 2018 ends. But it ended until the first week of January due to additional works. Well, it always happen in every construction. Hehe!

This was actually the project of Kuya Darrel of DDMCS and he contracted me as his Project Manager.

Hoping for more! :D

First of 2019.

Our annual Christmas tradition was always a family reunion or gathering. We usually celebrate it on the 25th of December. But on this day was celebrated on the 1st of January 2019. :) We even got a chance to celebrate it with Christian, our cousin, and his wife, Roxanne, who got a short vacation here in the Philippines. So, it was really a blast! Though we're not that complete, we still managed to enjoy the day.
And yeah, got drunk on this day. Haha! Cheers to a better year! :)

New year’s eve 2018. Welcome 2019!

We welcomed 2019 with these simple preparations. I hope everyone would have a great new year ahead! :)

Finally, a new project!

One of the nightmares that architects or contractors could possibly have is to have new projects. Yes, not all is that fortunate. But God really moved His way for me. He gave me another blessing! It took me almost 2 months to have this! Imagine my office bills and other expenses? I’m almost depressed!

Well moving on, my Auntie Tess talked to me last October that Ate Cathy, my cousin, bought a new lot and wanted to hire me as her architect to design her house.

The project is a 2-storey residential located at Davao City. The scope is design services including interior design. Unfortunately, I can no longer accommodate the construction since I’m based in Cavite. And it would cost her less if they will get the contractor within the vicinity. This is already enough to sustain my solo business life. Haha! But I would still hope I could get a construction project. Just trust Him. :)

Coffee is a must.

Coffee actually helps me a lot in my entire working hours. I always buy a pack of coffee grounds and make my own brewed coffee. And it really cost me less for I don’t need to buy an expensive coffee in a coffee shop which is actually cost almost a pack of coffee grounds or beans.

One of the things that an office should have is a coffee maker. But since it cost much and I am on my own now, I decided to shop in a Japan Surplus store and got this coffee pot with strainer. Perfect for my coffee grounds! I will no longer spend much for a disposable coffee filter and actually could save a lot of money and save the environment as well. I can finally brew anytime I want! :D

Starting up.

Starting up a business is really never an easy task. You have to get projects, small or big projects. It doesn’t matter. As long as it’ll push through. In our industry, bidding a project could only give you 70-30 of chance. A competition, a real life race. Even you’re selling an excellent design and a reasonable construction cost.

My studio was started last July 1, 2018 and our advertising shop can now give a full-time services as well, since it was already started as a sideline last January 2018. Well, the first month was really good. But like any other businesses, we’ve encounter trials, too. A ghost month, indeed. But God is really amazing. He did gave us solutions in a very timely way. Charge to experience, they say. But I know there are still alot of problems in our way. We just have to be more prepared than before. Who knows what will it be. Just pray because at the end of the day, God’s plan would still prevail. :)

First project of my firm.

Just this August, I finally got my first design project, a bookstore cafe. It will serve you soon at Shopwise Lancaster Imus, Cavite.

Businesses are really flexible nowadays to give the best services in just one shot. Just like me, I have my design and build firm plus advertising shop. Well, if you have a long term goal in life you must find ways to have it. It would be a long way but it will be a wonderful journey. :)

Small beginnings.

After being employed for so long, I finally started my own. It was not an easy job though to start with nothing but hopes. But I guess God will never give such responsibility if it is for nothing. Let’s just trust His plan and the process for I would definitely build an empire. :)

And hey, you might want to consider me in designing and construction needs, just message me. ;)
